Terms and Conditions

As a small business, EVOLVE by Samara pride ourselves on offering you exceptional customer service.  We hope you understand that as we are a small business to continue offering you the best possible service, we need to advise you of a number of Terms and Conditions attached to our sessions.

Colour Analysis Sessions

Sessions will take place in the comfort of the clients home or workplace.

It is recommended that clients have no make up on during the session to ensure the best reading of their natural characteristics.

Sessions will last around 45 minutes.

An adequate mirror that clients can see their head and shoulders in should be available.

Colour palettes are available to purchase during the session.  Palettes purchased after the session will incur a postage charge of £3.99.

Body Shape Analysis Sessions 

It is advised that clients wear comfortable, form fitting clothing with easily removeable shoes.

It is advisable but not a necessity to have access to a full length mirror during the session.

Wardrobe Detoxing

Prior to the session, wardrobes should be organised into categories – tops, trousers, dresses, skirts, shoes, scarves etc.

The session will last for 2 hours.  Any additional time will be chargeable.

It is recommended that clients dress in comfortable, easily removeable clothing as they may be asked to try on clothing during the session.

Personal Shopping Services

A client brief and budget should be sent to Samara at least 1 week prior to your shopping session.

Sessions will last around 3 hours.  Additional time can be arranged and will be chargable but this must be done prior to your session.

Please note that Samara is not affiliated with any brand or store and does not receive commission on your purchases.  Instead a number of independent boutiques offer a small exclusive discount to EVOLVE by Samara clients.

Payments 

We accept cash, cheques, all major credit cards and bank transfers.

Bank transfers must be made 24 hours prior to any bookable service.

Cheques should not be post dated.

Corporate clients only – payment terms are strictly 14 days

Deposits 

EVOLVE by Samara Personal Styling Consultancy will ask for a deposit to secure both individual and corporate bookings.  Please note that no booking is confirmed until a deposit is received.

All deposits are non refundable and non transferrable.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available to purchase throughout the year.

They can be purchased for an individual service, a package or to a monetary value.

Gift vouchers are non transferrable or non refundable.

Expiry is strictly 6 months, please understand that we are a small business offering exceptional customer service.  Unfortunately we are unable to extend expired gift vouchers.

Cancellation

We ask for notice of 72 hours to cancel an appointment.

Unfortunately any deposits received, regardless of value, are non refundable and non transferrable.

Cancellation outside of this time will be charged as follows –

Less than 72 hours – 50% of service chargeable

Less than 48 hours – 75% of service chargeable

Less than 24 hours – 100% of service chargeable

We understand that on occasion situations can occur that are simply outside of your control, please contact us at your earliest convenience should you need to cancel your booking.
