• Deposits paid at the time of booking are non refundable and non transferrable.  Should you need to reschedule your session, a new booking will be required.  
• Our cancellation policy is strictly within 72 hours.
• Once the consultation has taken place for any service or package, it has been deemed activated and no refund will be provided.
• All virtual services, events and programmes purchased are final sale. No refunds will be given. 

All gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase; no extensions will be provided.  Both physical and e gift vouchers are available.  You can select your preference at time of purchase.  Physical gift vouchers will be despatched within 24 hours and e gift vouchers will be sent to either your email address or the recipients email address with 2 hours of purchase.  Any cancellations or changes in appointment times require 72 hours notice.

EVOLVE by Samara provides a subscription service that includes a monthly coaching call, quarterly seasonal style elevation coaching call, ELEVATE community access and personalised styling advice based on your preferences and profile. The service may also include a variety of resources made available to you periodically, as outlined in your subscription plan. By subscribing to this service, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

• Subscription Plan: The ELEVATE Subscription Service is currently priced per month and has a 3-month minimum sign up with a 14 day trial period.
• Billing Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. 
• Payment: You agree to provide valid payment information and you authorise us to charge you for your subscription fee of £47 at the beginning of each billing cycle. 
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription before your 14 day trial period expires of at any time after the 3 month period and before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellations can be made through your account on our website. 
• Refunds: All sales are final.  Refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances of cancellation.  
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. 
• Profile Updates: You agree to keep your personal information and style preferences up to date to ensure the best service experience.
• Community: The EVOLVE Community is a space built on respect and confidentiality; please refrain from posting spam, inappropriate content, or anything offensive such as explicit language, promotions, or unsolicited advertisements.
• Content: All materials, content, and recordings from coaching calls are the exclusive property of EVOLVE by Samara and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
• Boutique Discounts: Boutique Discounts are exclusively for use in online stores by active subscription members and must not be shared with individuals outside of the subscription service.
• Intellectual Property: All content, logos, and materials associated with ELEVATE are the property of EVOLVE by Samara. You may not use any of our materials without our express written permission.
• Limitation of Liability: EVOLVE by Samara is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Changes to Terms and Conditions:  We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
